afs760bf 0 Posted January 13, 2006 Would like to see a little more at the top. Nice photo, though. Best Regards Link to comment
rapo 0 Posted January 13, 2006 Great image. I alredy saw it on BallSaal, and I'm happy to see it gain here.Stunning colors and sharpness. I confess I'm a bit curious of technical aspects... Welcome on PN! Link to comment
sarahunderhill 1 Posted January 13, 2006 Her expression is great and the crop works. Like her arm.... Link to comment
forrest_andrew 0 Posted January 14, 2006 i love the model, the flowers, her expression and the tussled hair look. my only critique, and it's a small one, is the bit of hair that comes directly across her left pupil. for some reason i find the fact that the hair is right in front of the eye annoying, a bit to the side and it'd be fine. carina_berlingeri 0 Posted January 14, 2006 Hello Andrew, i really had to laugh when i read that you are a wildlife biologist and think that the hair in her face bothers you :)) ....my portraits like nature do not have to look "perfect" , the hair does not bother me , it is a natural thing to happen and her look is intense enough thank you all Link to comment
alejandrokeller 0 Posted January 16, 2006 Nothing bothers me in any of the 3 pictures you have posted so far. They are all wonderful images... well, four actually, I also love your selfportrait... Great work. Please post more, the sooner the better. Regards, Alejandro Link to comment
forrest_andrew 0 Posted January 18, 2006 as insignificant as the hair might seem, i do find this 'cleaned up' version more appealing. now there is nothing, nothing at all to distract from her beauty. great photo! Link to comment
stefan rohner 0 Posted January 18, 2006 ohh my god! no comment! keep up your wonderful natural style... Link to comment
vuk_vuksanovic 0 Posted March 2, 2006 the strands of hair over face are a huge mistake. after going through the effort of orchestrating the pose and props, there is really no excuse. you have a good eye and a great deal of talent, but this photonet honour is premature and probably counter-productive, IMO. at this point, you need to attack yourself more than the critics to really produce worthwhile stuff. john falkenstine 1 Posted March 3, 2006 Nice Face, Nice chair, but the clothing really doesn't match and the pose is a bit strange. Could it be that there's TOO much in the picture, could it be perhaps that the girl on the chair with less distraction might make a bette picture? Link to comment
carina_berlingeri 0 Posted March 3, 2006 thank you all for the comments, and Vuk i am not looking for honours or something like that , it is always nice to have some people appreciate ones work but i dont expect everybody to like or understand it, so what you said ---this photonet honour is premature and probably counter-productive--- doesnt apply to me :) i have always done photography as a hobby but at the moment i am working selling my photos to a model agency because they like my style, they see it different and modern and trust my wacky combinations of clothes :)) ... so you see there is place for everybody in this photography world best wishes, Carina Link to comment

mariamanjelo 0 Posted March 14, 2006 I am wondering where do you live. some things look very European. How much of the natural lighting are you using and if any filter at all. maria@mariamanjelo.com Link to comment
