ada-ipenburg 0 Posted January 21, 2006 So great to see you both here and to read you enthousiastic comments. I'm really very happy that you like my attempt to make something totally different from what I was use to make till now. I really don't know if I will continue this kind of manipulated pictures. Sometimes I long for the time that I had not any experience with PS. It was so simple. But I have to admit that PS is a great programm and it makes you able to create the most wonderful compositions. I'm sure you'll agree with me:~). Many warm greetings to both of you, your friend Ada:~) Link to comment
krzysztof_hamerla 0 Posted January 22, 2006 Beautiful piece of art Ada.Looks like the vintage postcard. The background is very original and the main subject too. Greetings from frozen Poland - Krzysztof Link to comment

Guest Guest Posted February 10, 2006 Dear Ada, You said :"Sometimes I long for the time that I had not any experience with PS. It was so simple. But I have to admit that PS is a great programm and it makes you able to create the most wonderful compositions. I'm sure you'll agree with me:~)" and YES, I agree absolutely with YOU :) one year later, all was easier :) I have just the same problem, trying to embelish my photographs more and more, each time with PhotoShop and now I cannot make a good normal streight photograph :( uf.. but still, we have to explore all aspects of Photography and photo digital manipulation, as this is a Digital Era :)- I noticed one think, that if I work in PhotoShop on some scanned old photographs made with Film, they are not so good after PS processing, but our new Digital photos became more beautiful after using PS :)I will try both ways, standard/normal digital photographs and as you titled your folder - Digital Manipulated Photographs! Have a lovely and creative weekend dear Ada :) Biliana Link to comment
ada-ipenburg 0 Posted February 11, 2006 Dear Biliana how nice to read your story about your experiences with PS. It seems that I have the same problem as you have with making 'straight' pictures nowadays. Besides I've got the impression that a simple straight photo is no longer populair. Even an apperent straigt and unmanipulated photo seems to be manipulated to look straight. When I post a real unmanipulated picture I'm happy when I receive 2 comments and only 3/4 as highest ratings. I think I gonna do some reserch this weekend. I gonna post only unmanipulted pictures and I'm very curious to the results my action will yield. I don't gonna be 'creactive' but 'productive' this weekend Biliana and I hope my productivity will be appreciated LOL I wish you a nice weekend Biliana and see you!Warm greetings, Ada:~) Link to comment
