marvt 0 Posted January 7, 2006 Neli, the process is a Cyanotype. Mike Wares formula from Photo Formulary. The emulsion is hand coated on water color paper. I use a glass rod to spread the fluid and a brush to even it out resulting in the brush stroke edges. Some trim the image and loose the brush strokes. I like it both ways, with my preferance being to the ragged edge look. The image is contact printed under an Ultra Violet light source. It is then developed in plain water and hung to dry.
