I see improvements! Nice moment captured and the coloring and focus are perfect. I wish I could see a tad more of the mother's face but that is just a minor thing. How did your classes turn out?

I had another one where the mothers face was turned more towards the camera but I chose this one because I felt it was more intimate.

 

The course went very well, I was a little disappointed in the practical session in the afternoon as there did not seem to be any real structure to it so I just sat back and watch how the teacher interacted with the clients. That was something I really wanted to observe. Out of the 20 odd people there only 2 weren't pros so it was nice to talk to some of them and even nicer to hear they had some of the same frustrations as I do, we are all facing the same challenges I guess whether you have 10 years experience or 10 months like me.

 

And you, I hope the studio is going well for you, starting a new business is never easy.
