I think this would have been much better if you'd shot it nearer with a shorter lens.

I like the the combo between the B& W and the colour....I also like the streetscene, the perspective of it....but I wish you would have croped the person on the right out of it or included him/her into the image more...Anyways...well seen...merry x-mas!

I like this however a shift to the left with your camera would have gotten rid of the guys arm to keep attention on the subject on the floor.
