kchow 0 Posted January 1, 2006 Nice angle. Very interesting lobby. I'm quite new to this game. For this type of shot is it regarded as an 'abstract'? The overall photo to me shows how unusual and original the design of the location is. But I'm not sure what the subject is. The people? The parallel lines of the sofa against the circular hanging ball? Or am I talking nonsense and its just a shot to display how unique the location is? Wondering where that red light comes from at the edges of the sofa? Kar Link to comment
g_ven_atasoy 0 Posted January 1, 2006 It should not be only one subject in a photo. So the subject is what you see in a frame in my opinion. There are soft lightings under sofas where lights come from. This is the link of hotel if you interest, you may see another photos :) http://www.hillside.com.tr/HillsideSuHotel/ Link to comment
kchow 0 Posted January 1, 2006 You stayed at this hotel?! There is a pool table inside the bedrooms! The toilet is bigger than my apartment!!! I have to stop using exclamation marks after each sentence! Thx for sharing your views Guven, I agree, shots like this have so many nice elements and shapes that they all become the subject. petermandli 0 Posted January 8, 2006 I love the pale subtle colors and the hard edges of the lights and the platforms. Then you have the softness of the pink reflections and the pillows. This really works Link to comment
alessandro.remotti 3 Posted August 2, 2007 I like it! You could bet it if you have a look at one of my (only two at the moment) shots in my portfolio... But I didn't copy it! He he he Compliments, A. Remotti, Turin, Italy Link to comment
