Bradd, I like the multi ethnic shot,it is nice. The first girl is a bit over exposed but I know getting her right would have under exposed the girl next to her. Maybe with more time to take the pic it would have been a little better or bouncing the flash of the ceiling if it was low.

Thanks for the helpful suggestion. Actually this was an unposed, candid "grab" shot. No setup time whatsoever.

Too bad we can't see much of the friends so too speak.

Next time what you can try is to slightly pivot around them to show some more faces, and a tighter crop around these faces while keeping the hands locked together...

Trust me, it doesn't take that much, even in the heat of the moment; candid shots are the best when you make them look as if they were thought off well before they were taken. Try your hand on protests and riots scenes (if they ever happen in ur area) or hardcore concerts, you'll sharpen your skills in no time.
