Just about perfect, especially the fact that the model had lights stripes in her hair, that really makes the shot.

Kent beautiful placement of the subject and the tones are the best...

i have tried to do a shot like this, i mean the white and the black, well as in my words i have not succeded yet but im going to keep on trying, this is a great shot and the negative area works exellent for me!! happy new year and thanks for your kind words!! regards Amin

I love high contrast stuff - this is a top photo. I would like to see her chin seperated just slightly from the background, but to me its not that big of a deal for it to stay just as it is.

Perhaps, I would make it slightly less contrasty, although she looks rather attractive in this sharp light setting too :)

 

Wonderful technique.

the model is simply perfect..but teh background is totally white,, i prefer the background has a little bit of detail to make it more interetsing.... (or gradient fading out).. just personal opinion..

 

it is great photo indeed still..
