Jon, this is a wonderful series. I would love to know how you lit these, reflectors, diffusers just some nice light or what. They all have a luminosity that I struggle to find. All my shots in the same vein tend to look flat and uninteresting.

The silvery, tongue-like diagonal has the feel of a stream of mercury; well seen and captured.

Lovely composition and capture, like the diagonal line.

An image that exudes energy and motion, even though the subject itself has been immobile for millennia.
