The sculptor's name is Georg Pansier.

Welcome Christophe! This is a great shot. A wider angle might make it more apparent that this is a sculptors hand. On the other hand, it's nice to figure it out. Thanks for sharing.

I'm a sucker for nice lighting and hand shots, but I've seen it before.
