Logged on and spotted yours among the top photos feature the site added on the sign in page. Been awhile since you helped me with a turn shot and sent me the pic of you and RC. Don't remember seeing this shot in your portfolio but it's outstanding. I love the rider's body language shifting his weight forward over the bars poised to throttle out of the turn - obviously a very talented rider. When are you going to make this your full time job?

Everything just comes together in this picture. Never mind the 1DsMkII, you could have shot this with the 20D as well. Great shot!

Well I have to say a big thankyou for everyone who has commented this month. I must say no one was more surprised and proud to have dropped into photo.net and seen my pic on the front page than me. I have just banged out an email to my closest friends alerting to it. Just lucky actually as I had a couple of pics to upload from a recent biz trip to Europe and I saw it otherwise I might have missed it. Anyway again thanks for the comments. Keep on shooting.

Very bad form on the part of the rider. He is never suppose to be looking down at his front tire, always looking ahead for the next line. Cardinal rule of off road motorcycles.

This rider knows where his next line is, but if his front wheel strays out of the berm, his next line will almost certainly be end over end.

I used to play on these things all the time, still do from time to time. Look it up, you never look at your front tire or front fender, you always look ahead. I remember seeing a picture like this in a motorcross magazine years ago and they were telling you this is not the way to do it. Said something like "this guy is getting a great view of his front tire, but what about lies down the track". You always need to look ahead kids. And when Maxxis Tires or Maier or Team Green used some of my images in their ads they didn't use any of the rider looking down....
