Anna. Bromoil print.

I am currently trying to learn the Bromoil technique..
I use liquid emulsion as base, and my favorite (as of yet) is the Czeck FOMA emulsion..

First thing I thought was 1920's cinema. But this is timeless photography, and I hope to see much more of you. Thank you again for a great picture.

Could you please explain some things about this bromoil technique?

Thank you Emil.

I thought you'de explain something about the technique at your website, I had the wrong link (http://vraahojskole.dk/emil//, did not work)

And this gives me the opportunity to express my admiration to this picture and your work once more. I've look at this quite some times now, and will come back for sure.

I was just reading a photography book that gave me a new appreciation of the work you do to make these lovely prints. I've appreciated them for their art -- now I can more fully appreciate their CRAFT. Very nice.

Emil, I love this photo where you have used all means for rendering the scene intimate and communicating. I could imagine Man Ray would have loved it for his series of "long hair" and his portraits of Lee Miller in the 30's. You are a brilliant portraitist.

One thing that intriques me is that I'm almost always deeply touched by your portraits and less by your nudes. My problem, I'm sure.
