raywei 0 Posted December 19, 2005 Great shot to capture a great expression on the face. If I have to nit-pick, then I prefer a WB adjustment for better skin tone. Maybe it's just my monitor, it looks little bit greenish. Regards. Link to comment

Guest Guest Posted July 5, 2006 I saw now that I only rated your photograph without leaving a comment daer John Li :) I think this portrait is beautiful, and I suppose that you blurred a little bit her skin but still I like it, cause she has beautiful eyes and smile that make the photograph! Here you have a good focus! Biliana Waiting for more Portraits from you :) Link to comment
dusty2004 0 Posted August 23, 2006 Hello again. I agree beautiful portrait. One little improvement. You have two little white corners at the top. The eyes are funny things. They will always go to the brightest area first. Now we have to compete with her beautiful face. Just as an exercise cover them up, or crop them out or fill in with black so that you can see the effect. It cleans up the whole image and redirects the focus on your subject. Also with the scarf I would try with a single colour and no pattern as an experiment. Observe what happens. The image will become more intimate. Patterns can be a distraction. The golden rule is to keep it simple. Cheers. Link to comment
