siwanowicz 0 Posted December 8, 2005 This butterfly is very common in my area, but only for about two months each year. Link to comment

jerrymat 5 Posted December 8, 2005 Wonderful!. This speaks out in favor of color photography as a vehicle of imaging. Link to comment
vab3 0 Posted December 8, 2005 This stands out because of the way the background colors highlight the subject. Link to comment
salman_al_kabbani 0 Posted December 8, 2005 This photograph caught my attention right away! I'm usually not very fond of insect photography, but this is unlike anything I've ever seen. In fact, my art teacher went speechless when I showed it to her, hehe. The colors on the butterfly are so facinating that they almost look unrealistic. I can tell you have high standards just by looking at this photograph, because it reminds me of something I would take. I seek alot of perfection, and to me this photograph truly hit the jackpot! Keep up the good work =} Link to comment

juha t finland 0 Posted March 30, 2006 Are you sure about this being selene? I'm not sure either, but something makes me say euphrosyne. ...And the picture is excellent - both for ID and otherwise. :) Link to comment
