I think this shot would imporve if you 1. Move to the right by a few hundred feet to get about half of the tower in sunlight. 2. Add a warming filter to warm up the cold blue tower against the blue sky. If you wait until sunset to get the tower bathed in orange glow of low, setting sun, the shot would improve further still. Sorry for the formularic suggestions, But I think those formulas would work here.

You need better light.
