Guest Guest Posted December 5, 2005 wonderful scenic view. I like the color balance between the near and far ridges. The lack of rocks or ground in the foreground makes it difficult to understand the scale. Link to comment
pdoyle 0 Posted December 5, 2005 I'm curious, is this a photo? It has the look of a computer-generated landscape. Link to comment
dantalpau 0 Posted December 5, 2005 This one really looks like a landscape generated with a computer software. I've been using this kind of software for modeling 3d scenes. Your image looks the same. I've seen many good photos in your portofolio, but this one, honestly, is supra rated. Link to comment

rhawn_fischer 0 Posted December 6, 2005 Fake. unless you can provide information as to the wereabouts for this geological formation, and provide evidence that this photo has been manipulated and not generated... Link to comment
jorge_aubad 0 Posted December 6, 2005 What is that?? does it really exist? if is true thanks for sharing this picture but unless you tell us more about it, I will think that it is not real Link to comment
poutnik 1 Posted December 6, 2005 Darek, this Terragen generated landscape needs much more work to pass. You'd better look at some of the galleries of generated landscapes. Both the texture and terrain profile are not very good... Sorry to say so, but if you spend as much time on this as you'd have spend on a real photo (going somewhere, preparing the shot, taking it, getting back and then developing and finishing it [either digitally or in the darkroom]), then the result would be more plausible... jens-a 0 Posted December 7, 2005 Simple-> This is not a photo! And as 3D computer grapgic, it still need alot of hours. Sorry:( Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted December 8, 2005 As someone else said; "I've seen many good photos in your portofolio, but this one, honestly, is supra rated." Sorry you felt the need to retaliate. Link to comment
henrimanguy 0 Posted December 15, 2005 Very astonishing landscape. It looks like a synthetic image. Regards, Henri Link to comment

bradkim 8 Posted February 1, 2006 This is my kind of landscape, Darek.... I love this! Link to comment
seven 0 Posted February 2, 2006 Some trees or grass tufts would be good to break the smooth texture - but the 'light' is magical. Link to comment
Jim_Dockery_Photos 2 Posted May 26, 2010 Is this an artificial 3D rendering? Doesn't look real. Link to comment
abushga 0 Posted August 30, 2010 A: As others have observed, this is not a photo.B: We saw this same photo, same comments months ago. Why again? How about some fresh work, Admins? Link to comment
