The Plunge!

Actually, Steve Ross, yoga teacher and author of Happy Yoga. This was my first yoga retreat. I tested the waters this one weekend before diving deeper to Assisi, Italy for 8 days (although that was with another teacher Gary Kraftsow and Mirka). This one was at the White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, complete with Holotropic Breathing led by Steve, an experience unto itself. I think I just watched here at this pond, however! The water was reeeaaallly cold! The jacuzzis were better!

I bet the Jacuzzi was better. Not a bad capture though. I would be somewhat more impressed with the Swami if he was hitting the water in an inverted Lotus position. The image is a little bit blown out at the bottom, but still...yours always have a unique something.
