What a beautiful little girl. I love the expression. I find the background a little distracting and the tonal range a little dark. I hope you don't mind I played in PS to show you what I mean. It is meant as the ultimate compliment.

What a beautiful young girl she is, she is bursting with character and enthusiasm. A real model child! The photo looks brilliant, the black and white aspect to it just makes the photograph complete.

I would say somewhere inbetween yours and Jayme Hall's attachment, I like the slightly haunting effect of yours but it is a bit beyond... worth commenting on:)
