Ballon über dem Dunst Balloon over the mist

I flew with a hot-air-balloon in 3000ft. above the mist in Germany. I

shot that photo with my old Canon A-1 with a FD 2,8/28mm optic last

novembre. I would like to get your comment to that photo, because of

my very first flight in a hot-air-balloon.

Great shot. You needed to get a little closer. Why didn't try to walk over a little closer? What filter did you use? A longer lens might have been even better.

That is how I would picture a 3000 ft balloon flight above the clouds. Make me wonder if you were all bulked up with a snowsuit and goggles. I doubt if many people could do as well. And I have an A-1 and a 28mm and its a fine combo, ganz gut, GS

This is good. I think the lens choice was right- a longer lens or getting closer would lose the feeling of the balloon as a small spec in the infinite expanse of the sky. Nice one!

I think having the ballon as a small speck might of been the idea. Looks good.
