I am lookin for comments on this image? Does the varied contrast from

top to bottom work? How do you like the composition?

I stopped on the image as I think there are some interesting elements here and wanted to see it larger. i think your questions lead me to believe that maybe you know what i might be going to say.

the dark, cloudy sky, at the top, with the isolated trees, both the bare one and the evergreen, are very nice. As the eye moves down, the composition gets a little busy. I pulled the photo into photoshop to see if the contrast below was the issue. Increasing it at the bottom helped the image overall, but still left a feeling of crowding and lack of focal point in this area. this is a nice scene, but I think if you had been able to simplify the ground level you would have had a more powerful image.
