deozmac 0 Posted October 20, 2006 This is a marvellously conceived and executed landscape, however I find the sky I little too saturated over the cliffs. The seagull adds a lot to the atmosphere. Like a good landscape, it makes you want to be there and to explore the scene. Link to comment
dennis_porter 0 Posted January 15, 2007 This is a beautiful picture. Great colors. What I would like to know about digital. Can you size this print larger than 16x20 and still get the same detail. I have been shooting film for many years and have not been able to capture color like this. Very close though. But I would like to know if you could enlarge these prints, still get the same detail. Could I also get the same detail on film by going to a photo lab and having them detail the print like Josephine. All comments welcome..seymore4@cox.net. Link to comment

waltonwhittaker 0 Posted November 5, 2007 This is a great example of "the missing element" philosophy of imagery. That philosophy is this: in most photographs, there is a missing element-- that, if added-- would increase the value of the image. The landscape is nice but most would not include the bird--that is the missing element that was added and takes this from just a landscape to a piece of art. Link to comment
dennismk 0 Posted November 5, 2007 The bird really makes the shot snap. I to thought of the cliffs in the "Lost World" neat shot! Link to comment

jacques c pelletier 0 Posted November 5, 2007 Josephine. This photo represents what I am looking for in outdoors/landscape photography. This actually is much more than a landscape, "it is what it is", as the title suggests. Great colours, superb perpective and grandiose mood and setting! Congratulations! Link to comment
dacamera 0 Posted January 3, 2008 I just love this, the light is simply superb. Digitised or not I could look at it all day! Simon Link to comment
