matt_c2 0 Posted November 27, 2005 Old ruined house which sits on top a hill overlooking the town of Bruton in Somerset England. Thankyou for your thoughts. Link to comment
tantra1 0 Posted November 27, 2005 this one really caught my attention. i love the polarized sky, an excellent day with the clouds for this image. you capture the mood well, with the stark monolith, the flat ground, the angle it was taken from working very well for you. it makes an impact. i would personally like to see a little more contrast, just slightly darker sky, more dramatic. more intense. but that's being picky. i love it as it is. it's like it says something, with the impudent building just being so straight and pointed in the middle of all that flatness, makes its presence so undeniably known. but what the statement is is left in a dreamlike state of beauty, which works very nicely. alberto.conde 0 Posted November 27, 2005 Very good use of the polarizing filter in this B&W. I love, as well the red filter for those kind of skies. Great result here. Lovely old structure. Link to comment
