pawel koltowski 0 Posted November 25, 2005 European bison (Bison bonasus) was common in Central and North Europe. It became extinct in the begining of XX-th century. The population has been restored from few specimens kept in captivity. Now it may be spot in forest reserves in the east of Poland. Mature bulls weigh up to 850 kg. Link to comment
