I thought this guy was interesting. But It was my gf who said take a

photo of it, I did not have a dollar in my pocket to give this man,

so I felt bad almost like I stole this image from him, but she

convinced me I didn't need to pay him to take his photo. So this was

the result, I'm glad I shot it all the same.

What do you think of it? Let me know. Please Rate - but comments are

more welcome.

With the objects in the image quite recognizable you really need to request a release from the couple. Whether you intend to use this shot of yours for self-promotion or for commercial gain, or even for charity, you need their joint consent. It's not too late, if you can track them down. Good luck.

The reality of the situation is this... they aren't famous and the supreme court has ruled that normal people can not copyright themselves, as such - you don't really need a model release, unless you use them in a commercial way. However, I couldn't possibly get both of their consents because one of them isn't a real person. She is a doll and I trust had you taken the time to examine my photogrpah closer you would have seen this. So I only really need his permission if I need anyones but legally, I'm ok, plus I was standing in a public place which gives me even further protection.

Stephen- You are right, you don't need a release form at all- especially for this guy (I see him all the time) :) Don't think no one else has ever photographed this man and his dancing doll.
