I think a longer exposure, smaller apateure, would have really help. Obviously a worker, and his work is important, but you don't know what it is. As framed, it should be part of the picture. I agree there is a good picture here, but I do not feel that you got the best of it. (This work is out of my experiencs, perhaps if it was, I would have given better marks.)

i love the short depth of field in this image and the hardship you captured in his expression. It's perfect just as it is and the lighting is beautiful. excellent environmental portrait.
