madison01 0 Posted November 18, 2005 Yet another Bathtime snap! Poor kids are getting no privacy at all. But then they don't let me have any!!! Let me know what you think. Link to comment
jmoody 0 Posted November 18, 2005 I don't think that there's a parent alive who doesn't have a shot of their kid in the tub with the soap-mohawk. However, I've yet to score a facial exresion like this! What a GREAT shot. Perfectly captured (just curious about the dark circle around the whole thing. Vignette, or photoshop?) Here's to hoping you get your privacy back :-) (don't plan on it!) Link to comment
madison01 0 Posted November 18, 2005 Quite right. Soap mohawks are great. I refer to them as onion heads!! The vignette is PS. Just burning the corners slightly to focus the attention on the star. Also, I'm having fun turning these bath shots into 50's soap advert-lookeelikees and the vignette helps. Thanks for your comment. madison01 0 Posted November 18, 2005 Thanks Kevin. Always nice to have that effect. Thanks for the marks. Link to comment
saucerman 0 Posted November 19, 2005 Kind of a dirty scan, don't you think? The highlights on the forehead are blown out - but a cute kid. Link to comment
madison01 0 Posted November 19, 2005 Oddly though, this isn't a scan. I'm not sure about the blown highlights... I try to make sure that there aren't any areas that are blown. They certainly weren't before I adjusted it and I've been told that some of my photos seem dark so i guess this is too light? dunno. Regarding the 'dirty scan' - does this refer to the marks on the bath - I think that's soap or highlights from the flash. Thanks for your comments though. Link to comment

madison01 0 Posted November 21, 2005 Glad you like it. The expressions on both of my daughter's faces are unbelievable at times. It's nice that in a digital world that I take so many pictures, i'm bound to catch some of them like this. Link to comment
