arnabbanerjee 0 Posted November 18, 2005 That's a very moody and artistic shot. The moon could have placed little lower though - the almost equal division of sky and land can be changed for a better perspective. But, even without those, this is a great effort. Link to comment
davidroossien 0 Posted November 19, 2005 I like the position of the moon. There's a line from the foreground, through the next formation and then straight up. Also there's a triangle formed by the foreground and the formation on the right edge. It's dramatic because it isn't overly obvious to the viewer, but you can feel the alignment. Link to comment

sondra kick 0 Posted November 21, 2005 Momo, this is wonderful, beautiful rock formations. Where is this located in New Mexico? Link to comment
salvatore.mele 1 Posted December 5, 2005 This is magnificent. I like the way you've pulled out the texture of the rocks and their outworldly shape. Funny enough, the outworldly feeling is enhanced by the starred moon. As childs, we usually draw the sun as starred. The illusion persists in making you think that's an alien sun of an alien world, indeed. Link to comment
vuyisich 0 Posted December 5, 2005 Salvatore, thank you very much for your comment! I used to not like the star effect around the Moon, but now I do. Link to comment
