tight crop of oldman (different original)

I like this very much. It's confrontational, in a way, in that it forces the viewer to acknowledge the subject's weathered features. Nicely composed.

A great face, but maybe not appropriate to so tight a crop... it's a little too intimate! I think the original version could stand to be croppe din a little tighter to cut out some background, but I don't think any effectiveness is gained in this case by drawing in so much.,

I'm a big fan of tight crop portraits. I think it works well, but I wonder if the focus is a little soft...

wow....nice.. too bad we don't get to see what he's wearing...

Needs a little straightening out; he's "falling" to the right...
