Nick, I like the idea of the people crossing the side road. They form an interesting group going in two opposing directions Both sides have a figure partially obscured by the dark background which makes me look harder to see what is going on. I would prefer the person second from right to be more clearly defined. The other emphasis is the verticals of the buildings. In all an intriguing composition.

Hello Nick, I have spent a lot of time in rate recent, hoping to see this. Sadly I didn't.

 

As I remember, there are two or three good pubs on this road and there was a rather good hi-fi shop, about where you were standing.

 

This is a very nice photo, I like how you present the city. Well desrved place in top rated photos.
