steve_dykes 0 Posted December 11, 2001 Your shots show well-observed humour - this is the 'pick' of the bunch. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted June 26, 2002 For me the image is interesting because of its composition - positioning of hte group of characters, cutoffs made when composing (the chess board conspicuous by its absense, for example) rather than the nose picking - as part of the advanced composition adding another touch to it, yes, but not as the centre of a childish fascination: "Look, Ma, he is picking his nose, he is ppicking his nose!!" I consider it an advanced shot as far as its construction goes. Link to comment
maria_s. 1 Posted October 9, 2002 Great framing and an excellent decisive moment. It might be a bit underexposed or printed too dark. Anyway, most of your shots have that right moment well framed -- you are either lucky or spend hours waiting for them. I believe the latter is true. Link to comment
jon w. 0 Posted June 19, 2003 Really, really superb. I've tried to get a lot of shots like this one (I mean the interrelation between the figures, not the nose picking). It's difficult. Low viewpoint: a blind shot taken from the waist? The framing seems too considered for that. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted September 17, 2003 Ralph, Great composition, even if the guy wasnt diggin for gold it would still be a great shot. Link to comment
