Hey David, great piece here, quite 'dreamatic' (a phrase I've just coined by a mistaken spelling of the word dramatic- but it works well so I'll leave it and use it again too!) and love the balance of light/dark. If you need any info on where some nice galleries are here, etc., just let me know as I'm based here in Del Mar/Encinitas in North County. My contact info is on my site so you can touch base if you have time. MS

This is excellent! And I couldnt help but notice what appears to be writing on the mirror,(care to elaborate?)I couldnt make it out. This is no reflection on your bathroom or anything but this just has a goulish appearance, I attribute that to the lighting which is very good by the way,Maybe I am digging myself into a hole with my comments so I will end with saying I really like this.

Actually, the lighting and most everything else (dirty, grungy look) was done in photoshop. A little bit of dodging/burning here and there to get the lighting/shadows the way I wanted them. Used brushes to add some patterns to the wall. The mirror was slightly smudged to begin with, but decided to leave it that way. I ended up liking the effect. If my bathroom really looked this way, believe me I would be looking elsewhere.
