What do you mean?

did you shoot this in RAW? It appears to have tremendous detail but needs final sharpening to bring it out. the usual method is to use low sharpening prior to doing any image adjustments, ie. levels, curves, contrast, saturation, etc. Then resize for the web and last of all do a very minor final sharpening to bring out the fine detail. for a photo like this, final sharpening might be 70% at a radius of 0.8 to 1.1. where the original contains good detail, it's better not to overdo it. good luck.
