As requested this photo has the east bank cut off. I have had a few emails on this photo and I believe the other one with the bank works better. I moved and tried to center the shot more but this was the best I could do with out a cherry picker.

I used a polorized filter, and I think it was about f3.8 at 4 seconds but I am not sure oh yes a tripod too.
