eye2eyephoto 0 Posted November 8, 2005 Good dim tones match the mood and give it an old-fashioned feel... Good crop and expression and hand position... And good placement in the frame as she looks towards the blank space.... which you didn't over-do. All that to say I like it a lot!! Well done! Link to comment
dchatter 0 Posted November 8, 2005 Thank you so much Jack, I'm glad you like it. I'm just trying to learn... I guess my dear friend who's been so cooperative (and tolerant) to model for me deserves most of the credit for the expression. Link to comment

parag 0 Posted November 9, 2005 Excellent gray tones through out. The lower part of the hand has a nice balancing effect. There's an undercurrent of tension in the expression that is enhanced by the tight cropping and the gray tones. The graininess speaks of the past to me, more about recollections than decisions. Superb job! Link to comment
dchatter 0 Posted November 9, 2005 Thanks to you all, Alexandre, Alon, Hashim, and Parag, for your comments; they're very much appreciated. I'll convey your thoughts to my friend who kindly agreed to pose. Parag... ``recollections'' is interesting :-) Actually that is the title for the third photograph of this series, and they're all grainy :-) Link to comment
