Might just be me, but maybe would've liked more of a diagonal angle to the whole thing. Very good eye for a unique find though (no horizontal or diagonal tracks at all?). And the title? (stigmata of the new religion of the automobile?)

Spoor? I had always though in terms of a bent blade of grass here and a drop of sweat there. I guess these are the kind that are easier to follow.

 

Stigmata? the representation of wounds. That makes sense too, ecologically.

 

Were you caught between two stools here, half going for a vanishing point and half going for the near diagonal? I like it because it's a thoughtful image of the mundane, it's both abstract and reportage. Great work.
