david robinson 0 Posted November 5, 2005 Great bokeh here Pnina, which allows your beautiful subject to shine all more... Link to comment
donnaalbers 0 Posted November 6, 2005 Pnina, I think you have done remarkably well considering the lighting conditions. . . as a matter of fact, I think the lighting works favorably to bring out the spark of her personality. . Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted November 6, 2005 Manolis!!! WOW, see you here after a long time of abscence was a pleasure, I hope you will not disappear again...thanks for all your comments. igor diamandi 0 Posted November 7, 2005 Mainly the portrait is good, but there is one destructing thing (IMO). Model's right eye is in shadow and that is disturbing. I'd suggest you playing twith "Shadow/Highlight" tool in Photoshop to change it. Once again, this is the only my opinion, so do not take it too serious :). Link to comment
paula grenside 0 Posted November 7, 2005 This, too, is very nice; she has got an intence face, but I prefer the other. Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted November 7, 2005 Igor, thanks for your suggestion, I know that tool, but IMO that way is better. Paula, thanks. Pnina Link to comment
hiroya 0 Posted November 8, 2005 Her right eye in the shadow is not disturbing to my eyes. A tiny reflection can be seen also. Is this because of my bright monitor? Anyway, beautiful portrait! Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted November 9, 2005 Thank, I return the compliment to a skilled photographer.! Pnina Link to comment
ken_thalheimer 3,739 Posted December 21, 2005 Pretty woman & nice light. I like the subtle transfer from light to dark along her face. The stray hair on her face fits well also Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted December 21, 2005 Ken, I really appreciate all your comment on my work! thanks a lot, and happy holidays and new year to you and yours, Pnina Link to comment
camilla 5 Posted May 11, 2006 Like others said, the light is great! You really succeeded in bringing out her beauty. She is sparkling and at the same time feels real and natural. I also liked your other portrait of her, with the hand in the light, but there she is distant. Here she is close and really makes contact with the viewer. regards Camilla Link to comment

bw1664881174 0 Posted February 28, 2007 agreed with the above comments, just bringing out the eye on the left (Right eye) a small bit. Goes without saying that this is a great photo. Link to comment
japi 1 Posted September 24, 2007 Hi Pnina, What a beautiful portrait of a serene beauty. Excellent light over a lovely expression. Thanks for your approach to my photo. It certainly looks different, probably more balanced. What I tried to do was to show the (endless, sort of speaking)field for contemplation. Best wishes Link to comment
rachelfoster 0 Posted December 26, 2007 The lighting is exquisite. The left eye is clear and vibrant, the right eye is shaded and mysterious. The skin tones are ... well I abhor shiny skin on portraits but it WORKS here! Lovely. Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted December 27, 2007 Rachel, Orna is a sweet lady, a head nurse in a big ward,I did a sries of her, this one is the one I liked best especially because of the light taht is a bit shiny but still soft. Link to comment
janusz1 0 Posted February 25, 2008 What an amazing face... It emanates physical beauty and inner strength. Her senses seem to be a part of an intense music of Love, Motherhood, and Friendship.... I think... I could go steal horses with her (?:) Link to comment
sky blue 0 Posted June 8, 2008 Still enjoy very much, this portrait, Pnina - the expression, the woman, the color, perhaps some of all and more, so again I visit... Have a nice weekend. ~Sky Link to comment

john van aarle 0 Posted December 3, 2008 A 10-10 portrait Pnina..Often people asume that a girl has to be 20 to look good / atractive..Oh no!! Here we have a VERY atractive Lady ( round 40?) This is a face we can look hours too and each time she tells another story.. For me .. a winner! Perfect shot ! Greetings;John Link to comment
juan-de-santa-anna 0 Posted December 17, 2008 Pnina...I continue to stop at this portrait of this warm smile over and over again...then yesterday I came across it in someone's Favorite folder...It was fun to see it following me around...The color and the lighting are just perfect to me. The warmth you have captured in her the smile... that is her eyes and her mouth... flows freely just as it does from many of your people images... It seems to me that you no matter were you travel to....you bring that warmth with you...I am sure I am not alone in looking forward to what you share with us next year...I hope for more warmth to you and your this Holiday season....juan Link to comment
