setsu r. 0 Posted April 30, 2007 Thanks Mike, I saw all of your works. Your series are about materials, frostbound steel things, but there are always some warm breath and wisper of humanity. In each picture, I could hear these. Wonderful. Thank you to share these with us! Link to comment
daedicurus 0 Posted September 1, 2007 This picture's thumbnail caught my eye as soon as the web page opened, it's a great photo, beautifully balanced down to the rough texture of the roof against the smoothness of the platform and the colours work so well... congrats... Link to comment
david_thrower 0 Posted September 1, 2007 I look at the gallery on the front page of PDN most days and I have never commented before because in my opinion 90% of the images are photoshopped to the hilt and look more like renderings than pictures and people still rate them as 7/7. This for me is a true photograph and well deserves 7/7 - well done mate and thanks for putting forward a proper photo!. Best regards Dave Thrower Link to comment
jimbakerphotography 0 Posted September 10, 2007 amazing capture, i love the texture of the ceiling, and how the train blur fills up the entire frame and then the innocent pose of the dad and son, i love that you can see the kids head popping up in interest... great lighting. amazing capture. jim baker Link to comment
brumble 0 Posted January 18, 2008 Unbelievable, no crowd around! IMHO this is the better aspect in this picture. The movement of the train give a plus to the dynamics. Really well done Mike. Luigi Link to comment
janet cull 0 Posted January 19, 2008 I love the way the ceiling feeds into and contains it. Beautiful and excellent in every way. (It amazes me that it's handheld. I don't do as well at 1/30 second!) Link to comment
carl_morrison 0 Posted July 22, 2011 Who puts their child closer to a speeding train than themselves. No wonder young children are afraid of trains and have hearing loss! Link to comment
