jeremy freeland 0 Posted October 29, 2005 Very cool Pnina. Have you noticed a theme with red shoes in your shots? I can think of at least one other within the last couple of months. I like how the frame gets divided into straight edged sections by the different elements - the angles formed by the chair's structure, and the rail-less stairs. Makes a good contrast with the motion blur of the legs and dress. Having one red shoe firmly on the step is a nice touch too. The reds in the chair and the shoes and dress, as pointed out above, hold the image together nicely. It's a very fun shot - important in this respect not to disregard the light - bright and vibrant, and well rendered as such. I like it - nice and cheerful compared to my stuff. Best, Jeremy Link to comment

pnital 36 Posted October 29, 2005 Well Len, this time If you don't mind I will keep the circumstances secret... in order not to "ruin" the magic....( they are very simple...)you are very good though in that shoes has to go with a red dress!! Wilson, near the chair's leg was another ellement that was a big blob and I had to clear of.... Jeremy, good observation of the use of red shoes...Yes, it IS the second lately.... but very different. Thanks Sarah , Cherlyn, and Lou Ann, and all of you for that feedback, I realy appreciate it. Pnina Link to comment

Guest Guest Posted October 30, 2005 A nice shot Pnina, I'm trying to imagine what she would look like sitting in the chair. Their appears to be some sheer fabric in front of the scene, did you shoot through this to give the impression that we shouldn't really be looking or that this is a private area? It adds a nice texture to the shot. Nice work. Link to comment

ellie designs 0 Posted October 30, 2005 Great image with beautiful color and soft light and texture, and a story too. There is an element of imbalance also with the angle of the chair and with one of the woman's legs disappearing Link to comment

donnaalbers 0 Posted November 2, 2005 Pnina, this is superb. . . so full of intrigue and anticipation. . very nicely put together (I would crop out the green but that's a matter of personal preference). . this would make an excellent book cover jacket. . Link to comment
