markrupert 0 Posted December 2, 2001 On the contrary, I LIKE the way the shadow on the lower face effectively highlights those incredible eyes. Very interesting effect. My question is: how do you get fill flash to fill-in half a face? Mark Link to comment
eric_speelmon1 0 Posted December 3, 2001 Mark, The sunlight was coming from a window and provided most of the light. I added a tiny bit of flash. Without the flash his lower face would have been too dark. Link to comment
matthias_brennwald 0 Posted December 3, 2001 The shadow on his chin doesen't make it an aesthetic photo, but it makes it interesting. It's like a "dark force" going for the boy... Link to comment
christin_jemming 0 Posted December 3, 2001 Shadow is very distracting, as are the glints of light in the pupils. Link to comment
