Interesting subject matter, good lighting, cam. position and perspective. Now.. if blank off all of the overexposed, distracting left bright- white wall, then the composition becomes strict and balanced. Then ..half a stop down for correctly exposing her top. That will also bring in richer colors and textures on the door.

Thanks Thomas, i agree it can be improved by getting rid of / toning down some highlights.
