I love the texture and tonal range you get with bromoil. I wonder how a shot like this would look as an ambrotype or tintype.

me too... time might tell..

Ohhh I would love to see the results if you do either - I myself am thinking of trying a tintype lightpainting fairly soon

Please post a large version. Small versions like this cannot reveal the subtleties of the bromoil process. Of course, to do it real justice one would have to see the actual print.

 

Perhaps a brief description of the process would help viewers to understand exactly what it is they are seeing.
