jmoody 0 Posted October 12, 2005 One of the coolest ideas I've seen! If you could've found a way to make sure that all the pairs of shoes were the same brand (nike or reebok or whatever) you could make a fortune selling this to them for an advert. Excellent! Link to comment

salvatore.mele 1 Posted October 13, 2005 Everytime I hear of some marathon taking place where I might be, I think of your previous post on photo.net: this image really impressed me. I am glad, now, to see another of your pictures.I think it is interesting to compare the two images. Here, I like the fact that tere is more action, more feet, more bands of colour, which suggest more people altogether. The bands of colours are particularly nice in which they balance the large black foreground of the asphalt in a very effective way.Something I cannot fully like, here, are the cropped feet and shoes to the top right... but I guess you cannot predict this so much when shooting.I would truly appreciate hearing about the shutter/aperture/iso combination you've used: I will surely try this next time I've the chance of a running events closeby. salvatore.mele 1 Posted October 13, 2005 In this and the other shot of yours I strongly remark a bias: I would like to see it flipped with the runners going to the right. This must be due to the way in the western culture we tend to represent the flowing of time given the way we write. Question: is would this be more appealing if flipped? Link to comment

kaya_eli_in 0 Posted April 11, 2010 Wow. I though http://photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=8952871 was magnificent but now I reconsider. I can't say much about this one for it defies classification. Masterfully done. Congratulations. 7/7 Link to comment
