I see some kind of graffiti on the middle right, can't tell if it's on the escalator or what- a minor distraction. Link to comment
david bennett 0 Posted October 11, 2005 There's a painterly quality about it. How did that come about? Is it the camera or the post-processing? It's a shot making something out of nothing, by which I mean, two people on escalators transformed into something more. I like it. Link to comment
balthomas 0 Posted October 11, 2005 There isn't much post-processing on this, just some levels and a little sharpening. The "painterly quality", a compliment I indeed am fond of, that you talk about must come, in my opinion, from the high dynamic range, and notably the blownout highlights of the reflections on the escalators steel and rubber.
