I do really like this portrait, but there is one thing that is little destructing (IMHO): It's a bleached area on Linda's left cheek. I'd apply some softening filter here. But again, it is just my opinion :)

CHiPs, Beautiful young lady presented very nicely. As mentioned by another, softening of the hilite burn on her cheek would make for perfection.

Excellent work. may be better with a little retouch.

I use an Evolt, and love it...also have the adapter to use my old OM lens...saw your details, and thought how did you get such a nice pic with a 50mm...then the penny droped, the 50 becomes a 100mm on the evolt, and that is the perfect length for portraits...well done ! (And gives me a really good idea)...up to now, I have only used my tele len's...thank you !

CHiPs, you have a handful here. Very nice portrait of a beautiful subject and a nice, golden side light. Skintone is nice and only minor quible is the burnt highlight. All in all, a successful portraiture, IMO.

Hi CHiPs, agree with many of the compliments above, this just has a quality about it, aided by your excellent use of natural light, and her charming turn of her head and natural looking expression.

 

my thing is, her eyes. they are strong as is, but with some subtle lightening, just on the eyes themselves, they would be even more so, particularly the eye on the left. Cheers.
