tall and elegant like all the mountain folks there..

Wonderful to have captured the nobility of this ancient woman. Only issue for me is the turquoise background which I find detracts from the rich organic tones of the portrait.

I agree...and I had the same comment before :)...I could try a few things in ps, maybe I should try now...

This is so beautiful I could cry. This is award winning stuff. She looks into your soul. One small change, the background color. Something rich and rough, the turquoise is not your best choice. Burgandy, rust, ochre, something to compliment, not detract. Keep taking portraits like this. Please. Your talent is exceptional.
