erikkaffehr 0 Posted April 10, 2005 Hi! I think that picture is nice. Light is good, background is fine, young lady is nice. I would also say that composition is good. As far as I can see the horisont is tilting, that should be avoided. Best regards Erik
jim_trombley 0 Posted April 11, 2005 As mentioned, the horizon is seriously tilted. exposure is dull and lighting needs to be supplemented with a good fill flash. Subject is to far away allowing the viewer to wander around the image and not focus on her. Colors have no saturation. Suggest you focus attention on the subject by cropping closer and by using selective focus to blur the background. The building and pond are to far away from the subject to really matter in the picture. That will also help to simplify the image as well. The focus is not sharp. Suggest the use of a tripod if handholding gives this result. Also the position of the subject makes it appear that there is a branch growing out of the left side (her left) of her head. Check the composition closely before pressing the shutter.
