"Sjávarsandur" in northern Iceland.

Trying to capture the calming but strong atmosphere of this sandy seashore.

Critique would be highly appreciated.

Good shot of a nice landscape. I might crop a bit off the top as nothing very intersting is happening there. It's also a bit grainy, but I used to have a F-717 and know it can be noisy, expecially in high contrast situations like this. Still a good photo!

Thanks. Yes the 717 was often quite noisy, plus that this one is cropped out of a larger image. Good point with the cropping on top, I crop most of my pictures in 3/2, but one shouldn?t get stuck in such things :)
