I guess it works as a snapshot, but I have no idea what you're trying to say, or for that matter, why you'd post it. It's tilted, low but not low enough to be interesting. Graphicaly, it's busy without any strong elements. It has no human element of interest

I agree with you Jim that the picture is busy with no human element of interest. This was one of my first pictures where I used shutter speed control to capture actual light settings on the scene. Nothing special about the picture other than my excitement at first results. Thanks for visiting!
