Landrum Kelly 65 Posted September 19, 2005 Carl, this is yet another original one that I also find very aesthetically pleasing. I find myself in the embarrassing situation of having to give the same photographer two pairs of sevens in a row, something that has never happened before. --Lannie Link to comment

salvatore.mele 1 Posted September 23, 2005 I like the rythm of this image a lot, and have missed your once-regular reflection shots. This time is not only the amount of light in each frame (darker to lighter from left to right) and the amount of details which decreases left to right to give rythm in the frames created by the windows, but there is something more which thrills me: the way the structure on the yellow pillars seems to have walked out of the shot, right-to-left, like some strange yellow-legged elephant, is great. Actually this I like since it also moves in the opposite direction to my preferencial left-to-right viewing approach, suggested by the way I write, and by the down-sloping top triangle. To come to the subject of my post, what I do not like is the ghost riflection from the bowels of the building... seems to confuse me. What's the rationale behind that? Link to comment
root 0 Posted September 23, 2005 I am tempted to repeat everything you've said and then claim that of course all your interpretations were exactly what I had in mind. The truth is that you often see far more possibilities than I do, and I must say that I enjoy reading your flights of fancy. (Knicki's right up there too in the imagination department.) The interior of the building is white and is sufficiently illuminated so that it does show through more than I'd like. If I use this for my show in February, I'll have to try to reduce the impact of the interior. Getting rid of it completely is beyond by PS skills (or maybe just patience.) Link to comment
robertbrown 1 Posted March 4, 2006 This is quite a quirky little shot, but I'm seduced by the colors and framing. Link to comment
