zocchi 0 Posted September 16, 2005 Immagine stupenda. Magnifici colori e ottima inquadratura. Link to comment
franky_iovino__nyc_ 0 Posted September 16, 2005 Beautiful landscape with great depth and fall color. The house is a plus. I might prefer it a bit brighter, but great as is. Link to comment
majidskhan 0 Posted September 16, 2005 I always wanted to take that kind a pic, but you did it for me, Great work IMHO :)- If you got little bit more sharpeness in the pic you got 7/7 Link to comment
ivan colman 0 Posted September 16, 2005 It appeared to my like two photos. The upper part with less saturated colors (because the atmospheric humidity and the distance). And the lower part with oversaturated colors. Personally I would crop out the upper part and desaturate the colors of the remaining (lower) part Link to comment

satishnair 0 Posted September 17, 2005 Thanks for all your input! Ivan: Yes, the difference in color in the upper part is due to fog rolling into the distant valley. I personally liked this perspective, becauuse it helps divide the image into a distinct foreground, mid-ground and background. The image was shot from a mountain path, several miles away, at 200 mm. Another perspective, at 70 mm (and before the fog) is also included in my portfolio. Link to comment
